With over a decade of experience in the optical field, I have built a successful career from the ground up, guided by a strong foundation in both technical expertise and personal resilience. From my roots as a sales associate to cultivating influential relationships within the industry, I’ve navigated diverse roles that have equipped me with a holistic understanding of the field. As I look to the future, my mission is to combine my passion for leadership with a dedication to ethical growth, cultural sensitivity, and empowerment—particularly in underserved remote communities.

I am committed to mentoring the next generation of optical professionals and organizations, helping them refine their processes, adapt to evolving challenges, and foster environments that are both inclusive and sustainable. Drawing on my personal journey, I aim to inspire others to embody the change they wish to see, while guiding organizations toward practices that support long-term growth from within.
